Vacation Schedule:

MEA: No Classes Wednesday, Thursday & Friday October 16th, 17th & 18th. 

Halloween: Thursday, October 31st 

Thanksgiving:  No classes Wed., Nov. 20 through Sun. Nov. 22nd. Classes resume Mon., Nov. 28th.

Christmas:  No classes Monday, December 23rd through Sun. January 5th. Classes resume Monday, January 6th.

Spring Break: No classes Mon., March 17 through Sat. March 22nd.  Classes resume Mon., March 24th

Last Week of Classes:  Mon., May 19th through Sat., May 24th

Dropped Classes and Refunds

If you intend to drop a class or quit, you must send WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to Jan. If you do not send a notice, you will be billed for classes until this notification is received. Calling, leaving a message, or not attending class is not sufficient.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST CLASS. IF A CLASS IS MISSED, IT CAN BE MADE UP BY ATTENDING A SIMILAR CLASS, BUT NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR A LATER CLASS WILL BE

 

Communication

 

We communicate all registration forms, newsletters, and handouts via email through our jackrabbit system. You can reference old emails on jackrabbit.  

 

Payment Schedule

Payments are due on the first week of each month. Your class tuition is broken into 9 equal payments. Note your student’s name and what the payment is for on the “memo” line of your check.

Costumes

 

If you are enrolling in a combination class (example: Tap/Ballet/Jazz), one style of dance will be performed at the Holiday Show in December and a different style at the Spring Revue. Holiday Show costumes are borrowed from the studio at no charge. Costumes for the Spring Revue are purchased and are yours to keep (except certain borrowed pieces). The average cost of a non-competition class costume is $60-$70.

 

Dance Attire and Dress

 

 Dancers should wear clothing that is comfortable and allows for full range of motion. Examples include: leotards, athletic tank tops, dance or yoga pants, dance shorts.  We again will be selling dancewear etc. at the Dance studio. Please make sure your dancer has a dance bag to put their shoes in. Please label your child’s shoes with their first and last name.

 

Shoes

 

New shoes are available to order from the studio throughout the year. You may also look for shoes in the Used Shoe Book at the front desk.
